Fast service, always good and close if you have to go somewhere directly at the train station, hardly any waiting time depending on the time

Total disaster! Unfriendly, bad food, (fries first cold, then too salty!) Burger cold after a long discussion, long waiting times and a manager who speaks to you with brother!

With this dish you are full and only pay marginally more.

As a long-term regular customer of the Burger King branches, I am generally a big fan of the chain. Unfortunately, the U-turn came today after eating at Burger King in Göppingen. Although people ate in the restaurant, they had to fish the food out of paper bags; a tablet was not made available. There was no ketchup with the fries. The sauce was only available on request, at an exorbitant price of 40 cents! The employee was very unfriendly and did not value customer satisfaction. Have to try it in Göppingen for better or worse at the competition and eat at McDonalds, maybe you will be better served there. There are 2 stars due to the past positive experiences at Burger King, unfortunately not more.
